The price of the travel packages is per person for all overnights selected and includes the transportation and the accommodation in the basic (cheaper) room type of the facility.

If there is a parenthesis right next  to the room type that you wish to choose, this means that this type of room is not the basic (cheaper) room type and that staying in it has an extra charge (the amount of the parenthesis). This amount is per person for all overnight stays and will be added to the price of the package during the reservation process.

You can see the basic (cheaper) room type (the price of the package is calculated based on accommodation in the basic room type) in the detailed information of the package before you begin the reservation process. To be exact, in the section “TYPES OF ROOMS '' at the page of the package you can see all available room types of this accommodation facility for the dates of your choice. The room type included in the price of the package will not have a parenthesis next to it.

It is probable that the basic/ cheaper room type in an accommodation facility is, for example, the quadruple room. This means that the price of the package refers to accommodation in a quadruple room. In this example, if you are 4 people travelling and you wish to stay in a quadruple room, then you can make your reservation with the price of the package you see. If, on the other hand, you are 2 people, accommodation in a double room will have an extra charge, an extra amount that will be added to the price of the package. The same is true in case you are 3 people wishing to stay in a triple room.

During the reservation process you will be able to see at the step “Select rooms” once again the extra charge per room, while it will also appear in the final step of the reservation process, the step of “Synopsis” before you complete your reservation process.

The extra charge of room type is per person for the people staying in that room type. 

FOR EXAMPLE: Let’s say that the hotel X has 2 double, 2 triple and 3 quadruple standard room, with the price of the package being 100 euros per person for accommodation in a quadruple room. Let’s also say that the double room has an extra charge of +30 euros and the triple room of +15 euros, that both are mentioned in the detailed information of the package.

Assuming you are 4 people wanting to make a reservation with accommodation in a quadruple room, the total amount of your reservation will be 400 euros (100 euros * 4 people). If, on the other hand, you choose to stay in 2 double rooms, then the total amount of your reservation will be 520 euros. meaning 130 euros * 4 people. 

If you are 7 people with accommodation in a quadruple and a triple room, then the total amount of your reservation will be 745 euros, meaning (100 euros*4 people) + (115 euros *3 people)

IMPORTANT! To be able to make a reservation, the number of participants must be in line with the capacity of the rooms. It is not possible for example to be 2 people travelling and choose a quadruple room. You must select a double room which might have an extra charge that you will know beforehand
