How can I state some preferences about my room (eg. double bed, high floor, etc.). Is the room where I will stay the one shown in the photos?

You will be accommodated in the room type you have chosen during the booking process. Room types are for categorization purposes of the rooms of a hotel and the photos you see are indicative of each room type but not necessarily the one you will be staying.

The allocation takes place the day of arrival based on availability. This means that although you will be staying in the room type you have chosen (eg. standard room), it is not possible to know in advance if your room for instance will have 2 twin beds or 1 double bed, if it will be on a floor and so on.

You can state your bedding preference in the corresponding step of the booking process. This statement is a matter of preference and it is not binding.

Should you wish to request anything else related to your room, for example, baby cot, adapted room, etc. as soon as you complete the booking process, through its page you can submit a modification request in the field “Change package type before payment”, where you will indicate exactly what you want.

In case it is possible to notify you in advance (e.g. baby cot) you will receive the relevant answer from the competent department.

ATTENTION! Kindly note that the submission of a request, e.g. rooms next to each other, does not imply that it is confirmed. From our side we will inform of your request the hotel you will visit, however if it will happen or not, will be subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel.
