Payment issue
If you face any problem during your payment we kindly please you to make sure of the following:
- There is no credit limit on your card, which doesn’t allow you to fulfill the transaction.
- There is the appropriate amount of money in your card, so to be able to fulfill the transaction.
- The time limit for the payment has not passed.
If the time limit for the transaction has passed, we please you to send us an email at info@18-24.gr , where you can refer the way by which you want the payment link to renew, so to get a response from the corresponding department whether this is feasible or not, as well as more instructions.
If something else comes up, please contact your bank to settle the issue.
