Payment issue

If you face any problem during your payment we kindly please you to make sure of the following:

  1. There is no credit limit on your card, which doesn’t allow you to fulfill the transaction.
  2. There is the appropriate amount of money in your card, so to be able to fulfill the transaction.
  3. The time limit for the payment has not passed.

If the time limit for the transaction has passed, we please you to send us an email at info@18-24.gr , where you can refer the way by which you want the payment link to renew, so to get a response from the corresponding department whether this is feasible or not, as well as more instructions.
