Should you already have made a reservation and you wish to add luggage, you can request it following the below steps.

1. Enter your account on our website.
2. Find the field “My Reservations”.
3. By choosing the reservation you are interested in, you will be transferred to its web page..
4. Find the field “Amendment request”.
5. A text will show up, to which, after reading it you should select “I understand”.
6. From the list of requests that will appear, you must choose the one with the title “Add luggage”.
7. In the comment box that will show up you will mention the type of luggage you wish (weight and/or dimensions) to add.
8. Within the following 48 hours, your request will be verified and you will receive a response regarding the cost, so to decide if you wish to proceed with the final addition.
9. You will be able to find the response just under the request, in the reservation page. Moreover, you will receive the corresponding notification via email.
